Simple but delicious recipe for Kulfi (Indian ice cream)

Ingredients
300 Millilitre Evaporated Milk
300 Millilitre Condensed Sweetened Milk
450 Gram Whipped Cream
4 White Bread, torn into pieces
½ Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
Method
Combine the lemon zest and sugar in the container of a food processor.
Blend in the pieces of bread until smooth.
Pour mixture into a suitable baking dish.
Sprinkle with cardamom and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
