Ingredients |
300 Millilitre Evaporated Milk |
300 Millilitre Condensed Sweetened Milk |
450 Gram Whipped Cream |
4 White Bread, torn into pieces |
½ Teaspoon Ground Cardamom |
Method |
Combine the lemon zest and sugar in the container of a food processor. |
Blend in the pieces of bread until smooth. |
Pour mixture into a suitable baking dish. |
Sprinkle with cardamom and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. |
