Ingredients |
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
1 Onion, sliced |
1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped |
1 tsp Chilli Powder |
4 Tomatoes, finely chopped |
250 g Vegan Prawns |
2 Green Chillies, sliced |
1 tsp Garam Masala |
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves, chopped |
Salt, to taste |
1 Lemon |
1 tsp Garlic Powder |
Method |
Heat oil then add onion fry until slightly golden. |
Add ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and chopped tomatoes. |
Cook well until tomatoes are tender. |
Add the prawns with half cup of water and cover cook until prawns are tender. |
Add the green chillies and the remaining ingredients (apart from the Lemon) stir well and remove. |
Serve with lemon juice sprinkled over the top. |
