Vegan Prawn Masala

Ingredients
6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Onion, sliced
1 Teaspoon Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
4 Tomatoes, finely chopped
250 Gram Vegan Prawns
2 Green Chillies, sliced
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Mint leaves
Fenugreek Leaves
1 Coriander
Salt, to taste
1 Lemon
Method
Heat oil then add onion fry until slightly golden.
Add ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and chopped tomatoes.
Cook well until tomatoes are tender.
Add the prawns with half cup of water and cover cook until prawns are tender.
Add the green chillies and the remaining ingredients (apart from the Lemon) stir well and remove.
Serve with lemon juice sprinkled over the top.
