Simple but delicious recipe for Kulfi (Indian ice cream) |

Ingredients |
300 ml Evaporated Milk |
300 ml Condensed Sweetened Milk |
450 g Whipped Cream |
4 White Bread, torn into small pieces |
½ tsp Cardamom |

Method |
Combine the milks and cream in a food processor. |
Blend in the pieces of bread until smooth. |
Pour mixture into a suitable baking dish. |
Sprinkle with cardamom and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. |
