Kulfi
Simple but delicious recipe for Kulfi (Indian ice cream)

Ingredients
300 ml Evaporated Milk
300 ml Condensed Sweetened Milk
450 g Whipped Cream
4 White Bread, torn into small pieces
½ tsp Cardamom
Method
Combine the milks and cream in a food processor.
Blend in the pieces of bread until smooth.
Pour mixture into a suitable baking dish.
Sprinkle with cardamom and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
