| Simple but delicious recipe for Kulfi (Indian ice cream) |

| Ingredients |
| 300 ml Evaporated Milk |
| 300 ml Condensed Sweetened Milk |
| 450 g Whipped Cream |
| 4 White Bread, torn into small pieces |
| ½ tsp Cardamom |

| Method |
| Combine the milks and cream in a food processor. |
| Blend in the pieces of bread until smooth. |
| Pour mixture into a suitable baking dish. |
| Sprinkle with cardamom and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. |
