Ingredients |
1 Teaspoon Sugar |
1 Cup Water |
900 Natural Yoghurt |
4 Ice Cubes |
5 Tablespoons Lemin Juice |
1 Lemon, zest of |
Lemon |
Method |
Boil the sugar and water and simmer until the sugar is dissolved. |
Allow to cool. |
Crush the ice cubes in a blender and add to the water. |
Add the rest of the ingredients except the lemon slices and blend. |
Chill in the fridge. |
Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon then serve. |
