Lemon Lassi
Smooth and cool
Serves - 6 Heat 1 (1-5)

Ingredients
1 tsp Sugar
250 ml Water
900 g Natural Yogurt
4 Ice Cubes
5 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Lemon, zest of
Lemon Slices
Method
Boil the sugar and water and simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Crush the ice cubes in a blender and add to the water.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the lemon slices and blend.
Chill in the fridge.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon then serve.
