Place everything but the tofu and bananas into a pot over a medium-high heat

Bring to a low boil and stir.

Reduce heat to medium-low add tofu and bananas.

Cook for about 5 minutes until it is all heated through.

Serve.

Ingredients

400 ml Coconut Milk
60 g Coconut
3 tbsp Raisins
3 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 kg Pineapple Chunks, with juice
200 g Frozen Peas
1 kg Chickpeas
1 kg Straw Mushrooms, drained
1 kg Pressed Tofu, cut into bite sized cubes
3 Bananas, split and cut into chunks
