Jerk Cauliflower
Steak gets a spicy makeover with the help of paprika and SpiceTheWorld

Ingredients |
1 Cauliflower, broken into florets |
2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning |
2 Sunflower Oil |
3 Onions, finely chopped |
Chives, to serve |
Method |
Put the florets in a bowl with the oil and then Spread out on a baking tray and put in an oven at 180c for 20 mins. |
They should soften and brown slightly. |
Carefully transfer the cauliflower to a bowl and add as much jerk seasoning as it takes to give your cauliflower a good coating. |
Put the cauliflower back on the baking tray and give it another 10 mins in the oven. |
Once nicely soft and browned, transfer to serving dish, top with Spring onions and a drizzle of vegan mayo. |
