Pumpkin Curry

330 Gram Pumpkin
115 Gram Red Lentils, rinsed
6 Curry Leaves
2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Cm Ginger, finely chopped
2 Gram Red Chillies
60 Gram Coconut
120 Millilitre Soya Milk
Sea Salt, to taste
Place all in pot cook until lentils are mushy (about 30 minutes).
Serve with Rice.
