Pumpkin Curry
Very tasty vegan recipe, if you love pumpkin this is for you

Ingredients |
330 Gram Pumpkin |
115 Gram Red Lentils, rinsed |
6 Curry Leaves |
2 Teaspoon Curry Powder |
1 Onion, finely chopped |
2 Cm Ginger, finely chopped |
2 Gram Red Chillies |
60 Gram Coconut |
120 Millilitre Soya Milk |
Sea Salt, to taste |
Method |
Place all in pot cook until lentils are mushy (about 30 minutes). |
Serve with Rice. |
