115 g Red Lentils, rinsed and drained |
6 Curry Leaves |
2 tsp Curry Powder |
1 Onion, finely chopped |
2 cm Ginger, finely chopped |
2 g Red Chillies |
60 g Coconut |
120 ml Soya Milk |
Sea Salt, to taste |
Method |
Place all in pot cook until lentils are mushy (about 30 minutes). |
Serve with Rice. |
