5 Tablespoons Olive Oil |
3 Onion, sliced |
1 Red Chillie, sliced |
1 Carrot, sliced |
1 Red Pepper, sliced |
100 Gram Mangetout |
1 Courgette, thinly sliced |
150 Gram Asparagus, sliced |
4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced |
3 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce |
15 Gram Coriander, finely chopped |
1 Teaspoon Five-spice Powder |
Salt |
Black Pepper |
Method |
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan. |
All the ingredients and stir over a high heat until the veg is as you like it. |
Season to taste. |
