Ingredients |
5 tbsp Olive Oil |
3 Onions, sliced |
1 Red Chilli, finely chopped |
1 Carrot, sliced |
1 Red Pepper, sliced |
100 g Mangetout |
1 Courgette, thinly sliced |
150 g Asparagus, sliced |
4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced |
3 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce |
15 g Coriander, finely chopped |
1 tsp Five Spice Powder |
Salt |
Black Pepper |

Method |
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan. |
All the ingredients and stir over a high heat until the veg is as you like it. |
Season to taste. |
