| Five-spice Vegetable Stir-fry |

| Ingredients |
| 5 tbsp Olive Oil |
| 3 Onions, sliced |
| 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped |
| 1 Carrot, sliced |
| 1 Red Pepper, sliced |
| 100 g Mangetout |
| 1 Courgette, thinly sliced |
| 150 g Asparagus, sliced |
| 4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced |
| 3 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce |
| 15 g Coriander, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp Five Spice Powder |
| Salt |
| Black Pepper |

| Method |
| Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan. |
| All the ingredients and stir over a high heat until the veg is as you like it. |
| Season to taste. |
