Mix flour, salt and enough water to make a dough consistency.

Rub oil over and knead until soft.

Now let it rest for an hour.

Break off enough dough to make an apple sized ball.

Roll it to a small round patty and apply some oil to it.

Fold into two then repeat the process.

Now start rolling to form a triangle.

Heat a pan and when hot add the paratha and let it cook for a minute.

When it starts to get small bubbles turn over and add a small teaspoon of oil around the paratha.

When the brown spots appear take it out and place on a serving plate.

Repeat until all of the dough is used up.
