Paratha
A Paratha is an unleavened pan fried Indian flatbread. My recipe is pure joy to eat.

Ingredients |
450 g Wheat Flour |
½ tsp Sea Salt |
Water |
Vegetable Oil |
100 g Margarine |
Method |
Mix flour, salt and enough water to make a dough consistency. |
Rub oil over and knead until soft. |
Now let it rest for an hour. |
Break off enough dough to make an apple sized ball. |
Roll it to a small round patty and apply some oil to it. |
Fold into two then repeat the process. |
Now start rolling to form a triangle. |
Heat a pan and when hot add the paratha and let it cook for a minute. |
When it starts to get small bubbles turn over and add a small teaspoon of oil around the paratha. |
When the brown spots appear take it out and place on a serving plate. |
Repeat until all of the dough is used up. |
