Ingredients
14 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 Cm Ginger, grated
1 Garlic clove
1 Fresh Chilli, finely chopped
6 Tablespoons Coriander
8 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
Method
Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes.
Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Place in an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
