Ingredients |
14 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil |
3 Cm Ginger, grated |
1 Garlic clove |
1 Fresh Chilli, finely chopped |
6 Tablespoons Coriander |
8 Tablespoons Ground Cumin |
1 Tablespoon Paprika |
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder |
Method |
Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes. |
Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. |
Allow to cool. |
Place in an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator. |
