Curry Paste

Ingredients
14 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 cm Ginger, finely chopped
1 Fresh Chilli, finely chopped
6 tbsp Coriander
8 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
Method
Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes.
Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Place in an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
