| Ingredients |
| 14 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
| 3 cm Ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 Fresh Chilli, finely chopped |
| 6 tbsp Coriander |
| 8 tbsp Ground Cumin |
| 1 tbsp Paprika |
| 1 tbsp Chilli Powder |

| Method |
| Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes. |
| Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. |
| Allow to cool. |
| Place in an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator. |
