Ingredients |
14 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
3 cm Ginger, finely chopped |
1 Fresh Chilli, finely chopped |
6 tbsp Coriander |
8 tbsp Ground Cumin |
1 tbsp Paprika |
1 tbsp Chilli Powder |

Method |
Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes. |
Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. |
Allow to cool. |
Place in an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator. |
