Ginger Ale

Ingredients |
2 Lemons, juice only |
3 cm Ginger, grated |
2 kg Sugar |
1 kg Water |
Method |
Mix sugar with water in a pan. |
Bring to the boil and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. |
Remove from the flame and then allow the liquid to cool down. |
When cooled add the lemon juice and ginger. |
Whiz it up in a blender and strain. |
Chill before drinking. |
