Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the egg and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Add garlic and chilli all the time stir frying.
Add the rice keep stir frying.
Add the peppers, salt and prawns.
Add the peas, chilli powder, curry powder and soy sauce.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
