Singapore Fried Rice |
A hot and spicy dish that makes a great accompaniment for SpiceTheWorld dishes. |

Ingredients |
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
1 Egg |
1 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped |
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped |
500 g Plain Boiled Rice, cooked and cooled |
1 Green Pepper, sliced |
Salt, to taste |
6 Vegan Prawns, cut in half |
250 g Frozen Peas |
1 tsp Chilli Powder |
1 tsp Curry Powder |
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce |
2 Spring Onions, finely chopped |

Method |
Heat the oil in a wok. |
Add the egg and stir fry for about 30 seconds. |
Add garlic and chilli all the time stir frying. |
Add the rice keep stir frying. |
Add the peppers, salt and prawns. |
Add the peas, chilli powder, curry powder and soy sauce. |
Stir fry for 2 minutes. |
Garnish with spring onions and serve. |
