1 Onion, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1 Potato, grated
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
2 Free-range Medium Eggs, beaten
Place everything in a bowl and mix well.
Break into Bhajii sized portions.
Bake on a medium heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
