1 Onion, sliced |
1 Potato, grated |
1 tsp Turmeric |
2 tsp Cumin |
1 tbsp Curry Powder |
2 Free-range Medium Eggs, beaten |

Method |
Place everything in a bowl and mix well. |
Break into Bhajii sized portions. |
Bake on a medium heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked. |
