Stir lukewarm water, honey, and yeast in a mixing bowl.
Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, or until it turns frothy, and doubles in volume.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is soft and pliable.
Cover and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes until doubled in volume.
Repeat last 2 steps.
Pre-heat the oven to 350F/170C/Gas 4.
Place in a greased bread tin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before attacking.
