Ingredients |
15 tbsp Olive Oil |
1 Onion, finely chopped |
50 Cayenne Chilli, roughly chopped |
10 Garlic Cloves, sliced |
1 tsp Garam Masala |
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar |
Method |
Heat the oil in a large frying pan to a medium heat. |
Stir fry the onion until golden brown. |
Add the chillies and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. |
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer gently for 20 minutes. |
Remove from heat and allow it to cool. |
Pour the contents into an air tight jar. |
