Vegan safe Vegetarian

1 Onion
½ Teaspoon salt
4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Cut onion crosswise into paper-thin rings and put rings into a bowl.
Add all other ingredients toss and mix.
Set aside for 30 minutes or more before eating in order to let the flavours blend together.
