Ingredients |
1 Onion |
½ tsp Salt |
4 tsp Lemon Juice |
¼ tsp Paprika |
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper |

Method |
Cut onion crosswise into paper-thin rings and put rings into a bowl. |
Add all other ingredients toss and mix. |
Set aside for 30 minutes or more before eating in order to let the flavours blend together. |
