Fantastic taste in this easy to make starter

Ingredients |
2 Tablespoon Tandoori Powder |
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala |
1 Teaspoon Cumin |
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder |
1 Lemon |
8 Garlic Cloves, crushed |
3 Cm Ginger, grated |
Red Food Colouring |
1 Kg Plant-base mince |
1 Lemon |
Vegetable Oil |
Method |
Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger and garlic up into a paste with a little water and stir in well with the Mince. |
Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through. |
Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly with a wedge of lemon. |
