Shami Kebab
Fantastic taste in this easy to make starter
Serves - 4-6 Heat 3 (1-5)

Ingredients
2 tbsp Tandoori Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 Lemon
8 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
3 cm Ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp Red Food Colouring
1 kg Plant-base Mince
1 Lemon
Vegetable Oil
Method
Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic up into a paste with a little water.
Then add the Mince and stir well.
Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.
Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
