Ingredients |
2 Teaspoon Black Pepper |
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder |
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon |
2 Teaspoon Garam Masala |
2 Teaspoon Turmeric |
8 Tablespoons Coriander |
2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds |
4 Tablespoons Ground Cumin |
3 Cloves, crushed |
3 Cm Ginger, grated |
125 Millilitre Vehegar |
75 Millilitre Vegetable Oil |
Method |
Put all ingredients except for the vinegar and oil into a mixing bowl. |
Mix in well. |
Now stir in the vinegar and mix to a smooth paste. |
Heat the oil in a saucepan |
Stir in the mixture over low heat. |
Stir until the mixture boils and oil begins to separate from the spices. |
Remove saucepan from heat and allow the paste to cool. |
Store in airtight jar and add to curries as required. |
