1 tbsp Garam Masala |
2 tsp Coriander |
1 tsp Turmeric |
1 tsp Chilli Powder |
1 Lemon |
8 Garlic Cloves, crushed |
3 cm Ginger, grated |
Water |
500 g Natural Yogurt |
Food Colouring, as required |
Method |
Mix the spices colouring lemon juice ginger and garlic up into a paste with a little water. |
Stir into the yogurt and coloring. |
