Prawn Masala

The combination of prawns and masala is a SpiceTheWorld master touch

Serves 4-6 (Estimated) Rating 4 (1-5)

Prep Time 10 Minutes Cooking Time 20 Minutes

6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Large onion sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
4 Tomatoes chopped
250 g Prawns
2 Green Chillies sliced
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 bunch of Mint leaves
A few Fenugreek leaves
1 bunch of Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 Lemon
Heat oil then add onion fry until slightly golden.
Add ginger and garlic paste chilli powder salt and chopped tomatoes.
Cook well until tomatoes are tender.
Add the prawns with half cup of water and cover cook until prawns are tender.
Add the green chillies and the remaining ingredients (apart from the Lemon) stir well and remove.
Serve with lemon juice sprinkled over the top.
