Lite Chicken Korma

Low calorie version of this classic curry dish, easy to make

Serves 2 (Estimated) Rating 4 (1-5)

Prep Time 5 Minutes Cooking Time 30 Minutes

1 large chicken breast, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 Chicken stock cubes
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 low fat coconut yogurt
100 ml low fat natural yogurt
Fry the chicken in the oil until cooked.
Then crumble in the stock cubes and curry powder.
Remove from the heat and mix will.
Now add the yogurts and mix well.
Return to heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with plain rice and homemade bread.
