Mango Lassi

Refreshing and tasty, just right with a spicy meal on a hot summers day

900g plain yogurt
220ml milk
1 cup water
220g mango pulp
150g cup sugar
Crushed Ice
30g Ground Pistachio
In a pitcher combine the yogurt milk water pulp and sugar.
To serve pour over crushed ice.
Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top.
Chill and serve
