Shami Kebab

Fantastic taste in this easy to make starter

Serves 4-6 (Estimated) Rating 4 (1-5)

2 Tablespoon Tandoori powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Cumin powder
1 Teaspoon chilli powder
Juice 1 lemon
8 cloves garlic - crushed
3cm grated ginger
Red food colouring
1kg Lamb Mince
1 Lemon
Vegetable Oil
Mix the spices, colouring, lemon juice, ginger and garlic up into a paste with a little water and stir in well with the Mince.
Mould into burger shapes and fry with a little vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.
Check the kebab is cooked before serving by cutting 1 open slightly with a wedge of lemon.
