Bell Pepper Curry
Like most vegan recipes very tasty
Serves - 4-6 Heat 3 (1-5)

Ingredients
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
4 Green Pepper, diced
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
4 tbsp Chickpea Flour
Method
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds when the oil is smoking.
Wait for the seeds to sputter then add the cumin seeds.
Now add the peppers and fry for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric chilli powder and salt.
Sauté till the peppers are slightly tender.
Add the chickpea flour and mix well.
Sauté till the flour makes a nice golden-brown crust.
