| Chinese Five Spice Tofu |
| A great mix of flavours and so easy to make |

| Ingredients |
| 2 tbsp Five Spice Powder |
| Salt, to taste |
| Black Pepper, to taste |
| 500 g Pressed Tofu, cut into bite sized cubes |
| 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
| 1 tsp Garlic Powder |

| Method |
| Mix the dry ingredients together. |
| Coat the tofu with the dry ingredients. |
| Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
| Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. |
| Remove foil from tofu and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish. |
| Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked. |
| Serve with rice or noodles. |
