Chinese Five Spice Tofu
A great mix of flavours and so easy to make
Serves - 2 Heat 2 (1-5)

Prep Time 120 Minutes Cooking Time 40 Minutes
Ingredients
2 tbsp Five Spice Powder
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
500 g Pressed Tofu, cut into bite sized cubes
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Method
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Coat the tofu with the dry ingredients.
Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
Remove foil from tofu and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with rice or noodles.
