Chinese Five Spice Tofu |
A great mix of flavours and so easy to make |

Ingredients |
2 tbsp Five Spice Powder |
Salt, to taste |
Black Pepper, to taste |
500 g Pressed Tofu, cut into bite sized cubes |
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil |
1 tsp Garlic Powder |

Method |
Mix the dry ingredients together. |
Coat the tofu with the dry ingredients. |
Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. |
Remove foil from tofu and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish. |
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked. |
Serve with rice or noodles. |
