| Indian Mint Sauce |
| Just like you get in any good Indian Restaurant and it goes so well with your starters |

| Ingredients |
| 500 ml Vegan Yogurt |
| 2 tbsp Mint Sauce |
| 1 tbsp Coriander, chopped |
| 2 tsp Sugar, to taste |
| 1 tsp Turmeric |

| Method |
| Put all the ingredients into a food blender. |
| Whiz up until well combined. |
| Transfer to a dish and chill in the fridge. |
