Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
This vegan version of wings is tasty and healthy
Serves - 4 Heat 2 (1-5)

Ingredients
200 ml Soya Milk
100 g Plain Flour
3 Garlic Cloves, pureed
1 Cauliflower, broken into florets
1 tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce, your choice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Combine the soya milk, flour, and garlic puree in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Meanwhile combine your pepper sauce and olive oil in a small bowl.
Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower.
Continue baking for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
