| Banana Spring Rolls |
| Sweet and tasty. Serve warm with a little vanilla ice cream. |

| Ingredients |
| Vegetable Oil, for frying |
| 2 Bananas |
| 2 tbsp Butter |
| 4 tsp Sugar |
| Cinnamon, to taste |
| 4 Spring Roll Wrappers |
| Icing Sugar |

| Method |
| Heat oil in a deep pan until medium hot. |
| Meanwhile peel and slice each banana in half lengthwise to keep the shape. |
| Then slice each piece in half to get 4 pieces in total. |
| Now melt the butter. |
| Then add bananas, sugar, and cinnamon to the melted the butter. |
| Cook for 1 minute. |
| Place quartered bananas on spring roll wrapper and fold the long edges of the spring roll paper over the banana. |
| Then roll up and tuck in the ends. |
| Lightly oil the ends to seal. |
| Place the roll seam-side down on a plate while the oil heats up. |
| Place spring rolls into heated oil and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown. |
| Remove from oil and drain on kitchen paper. |
| Finally, dust with icing sugar. |
