| 900 g Natural Yogurt |
| 220 ml Semi-skinned Milk |
| 250 ml Water |
| 220 g Mango Pulp |
| 250 ml Sugar |
| Crushed Ice, crushed |
| 30 g Pistachio |

| Method |
| In a pitcher combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp and sugar. |
| To serve pour over crushed ice. |
| Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top. |
| Chill and serve |
