Mango Lassi
Refreshing and tasty, just right with a spicy meal on a hot summers day

Ingredients
900 g Natural Yogurt
220 ml Semi-skinned Milk
250 ml Water
220 g Mango Pulp
250 ml Sugar
Crushed Ice, crushed
30 g Pistachio
Method
In a pitcher combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp and sugar.
To serve pour over crushed ice.
Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top.
Chill and serve
