Very tasty vegan recipe; if you love pumpkin this is for you

Ingredients
330g baked Pumpkin
115g red lentils rinsed
6 dried curry leaves
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 small onion chopped
2cm fresh ginger chopped
2 whole dried red chillies
60g coconut
120ml soymilk
Sea salt to taste
Method
Place all in pot cook until lentils are mushy (about 30 minutes).
Serve with Rice.
