Curry Paste

SpiceTheWorld curry paste; a good starter for many a recipe

Ingredients
3cm grated fresh ginger
1 garlic crushed
1 finely chopped fresh chili
6 Tablespoons ground coriander
8 Tablespoons ground cumin
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon chili powder
14 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
Fry ginger garlic and chili in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes.
Add the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Place in an air tight jar and store in the refrigerator.
